Organize PDF Pages
Reorder, rotate or delete PDF pages with a click β get your document in shape.
π How it works & FAQWhat this tool is for
A PDF often arrives in the wrong shape. A scanner drops pages in reverse order, someone photographs a contract sideways, or a report has three blank cover sheets you never wanted. Organize PDF Pages lets you fix all of that visually: every page shows up as a thumbnail you can drag into a new order, spin the right way up, or remove entirely β then you save a clean copy.
When you'd reach for it
Common jobs people use it for: putting a double-sided scan back in reading order (front pages first, then the reversed back pages), rotating a landscape receipt or boarding pass that scanned 90 degrees off, deleting the junk pages of a bank statement before emailing it, or pulling a signature page to the front of a lease. Because it works on the page level, it pairs well with a merge or split tool β organize first, then combine.
A quick worked example
Say a duplex scanner gave you pages in the order 1, 3, 5 then 6, 4, 2. Drag 2 after 1, 4 after 3, and 6 to the end, delete the stray blank the scanner added, and rotate the one page that came in sideways. Save, and you have a normal 1-through-6 document. Nothing about the original text or images is re-compressed beyond what saving requires, so the pages stay sharp.
How to use it
- Open your PDF. It renders every page as a numbered thumbnail grid right in the browser.
- Drag thumbnails to reorder them, click a page's rotate control to turn it in 90° steps, and click delete to drop any page you don't need.
- Check the running order and orientation on the thumbnails before you commit.
- Save or download the reorganized PDF. Your original file is untouched β you get a new copy.
FAQ
- Does rotating a page lower its quality?
- No. Rotation is stored as page metadata, so the text and images are not re-rendered β a rotated page prints and displays exactly as crisp as the original.
- Can I get a deleted page back?
- Not within the current session once you save, but your original file on disk is never modified, so you can always re-open it and start over.
- Is my document uploaded anywhere?
- No. The whole thing runs inside your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device.
- Is it free?
- Yes, it's free and ad-supported, with no page limits or watermarks added to your file.
